Abstract

Neuritis is an uncommon cause of sixth cranial nerve palsy. We describe the case of a young man with sixth cranial nerve palsy. Magnetic resonance examination revealed thickening and post contrast enhancement of the sixth cranial nerve interpreted as a sixth cranial neuritis.
