We describe giant aneurysms (> 25 mm in diameter) discussing endovascular techniques and reporting the outcome of treated cases.
The endovascular technique to be adopted must be chosen after careful morphologic analysis of the aneurysm. Currently, the best solution is probably occlusion of the parent vessel thereby eliminating the mass effect and excluding the aneurysm from flow.
