Vengono riportati due casi di siderosi superficiale del sistema nervoso accorsi in due pazienti affetti da sindrome involutiva, turbe cerebellari e dell'udito ad insorgenza lenta e ad andamento progressivamente ingravescente. Dopo una breve revisione della letteratura, viene sottolineato il ruolo svolto dalla RM nella diagnosi di tale affezione.
