A 15 year old boy had accidental trauma to the neck. He presented with aneurysmal swelling in the lateral aspect of the neck. This was detected on angiogram as pseudoaneurysm leading to fistula formation between the common carotid artery and the internal jugular vein. Endovascular treatment was done to treat this carotico-jugular fistula. A balloon was navigated and detached in position to occlude this fistula. Post procedure the fistula was thrombosed and the patient's symptoms subsided.
