Vengono illustrati i metodi seguiti dal gruppo di Perugia per l'acquisizione e l'elaborazione dei dati funzionali e più in generale vengono esposti i principali passi metodologici da seguire per una corretta ed ottimale elaborazione dei dati e viene fatta una panoramica sui più comuni metodi usati allo scopo.
