In the above article, the membrane-spanning domain of the growth hormone receptor (GHR) shown in Figure 1A and Figure 1B (below left) is depicted incorrectly. The GHR is a dimer formed by two identical polypeptide chains, each of which contains a single transmembrane domain (below right).
