Corrigendum

In the November 2012 issue of ICU Director, for the article listed above, the authors wish to correct an error in the references for Tables 1 and 2. The incorrect citations are found in the table legend. For Table 1 the legend should read ‘Adapted from Bernard et al.’ (ref # 6) and in Table 2 should read ‘Adapted from ARDS Definition Task Force et al.’ (ref # 7).
