Abstract
Various journals have different manuscript requirements. Furthermore, technical writing is not everybody's strong suit. Therefore, the editors offer the guidelines below. Perfect manuscripts are not expected, but the carefully prepared manuscript has the best chance for prompt review and early publication. On the other hand, a carelessly prepared manuscript may be returned to its author for more work before it will be reviewed.
