Register for New Microcredential
NATA and the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer have partnered on a new microcredential: the Secondary School Mental Health Preparedness microcredential. This is a self-paced program that equips athletic trainers in the secondary school setting with essential knowledge and practical strategies to recognize, respond to, and plan for mental health challenges among student athletes. The microcredential launched in December 2025. The cost is US $175 for NATA members and US $500 for nonmembers.
