Abstract
This prospective study evaluated whether serum glycodelin and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 (IGFBP-1) predict the likelihood of embryo implantation in recipients undergoing donor egg in vitro fertilization. We measured glycodelin and IGFBP-1 at 6 points from lining check to lutenizing hormone (LH) + 31. β-Human chorionic gonadotropin levels were first measured at LH + 17. The recipients were divided into those without embryo implantation (group 1, n = 6) and those with successful implantation (group 2, n = 30).
