Abstract
Most high school programs for gifted students are headed by a coordinator, yet the duties of this program coordinator are not always defined clearly. This article suggests that those duties fall into several broad categories. The discussion of each category includes specific examples of related coordinator responsibilities. Several tips are offered for effective coordination, and an annotated list of helpful resources is included.
