Abstract
This article describes the computerised out-patients appointment system in operation at P.A.N.C.H., the system's screens are described in detail including – bookings, discharging patients, enquiries on patients, clinic inquiries and redefinition. The outputs of the system, mainly reports and other benefits are discussed.
