DermaDry™ is an alternative to neoprene for semi-flexible (soft) splints. It provides a durable, supportive, comfortable splinting medium which has stretch, warmth and compression. Patterns are described to support a variety of thumb and wrist problems, with practical fabrication information and illustrations. A case study is included, adapting the designs to solve a unique problem.
