Abstract
The Promotion & Education Advisory Board, at its meeting, held during the IUHPE XVth World Conference in Japan last August, expressed the desire to see the journal increase its capacity to promote health through an exchange with its readers. The following section was proposed, and will be included in all forthcoming issues. The objective of this section is to open space for readers to express themselves, to share remarks, concerns, observations with other readers. Specifically designed for short comments (a paragraph to approximately a half-page) the opinions expressed here may be supportive, controversial, critical. This space may also be used by readers to mobilize the health education and promotion communities around certain issues. We invite all readers to take advantage of this opportunity, and communicate with their peers through the Promotion & Education Commentary Page.
