Abstract
This article is focused on the current immunisation schedule for children in the UK, it also details individual vaccines and how they work. It also covers the areas of consent, contraindications to vaccines, and special considerations. The childhood immunisation programme has made a great contribution to improving the overall health and well-being of children.
