In this article, author has highlighted below three errors related to Figures 1 and 2. These are typing errors:
In Figure 1a, both the graphs (lysozyme to actin ratio) show FS compared to control. The graph on the right is LPS and not FS. In Figure 1a legend, it says P** < 0.05 and P*** < 0.01. It should say p** < 0.01 and p*** < 0.001. In Figure 2e, it should be p*** < 0.001 and not p*** > 0.05. In the method section, under quantitative PCR conditions it says 95 degrees for 15 mins for 40 cycles. It should say 95℃, for15 min; then 30s at 95℃, 30s at 51℃, and 30s at 72℃ for 40 cycles. Figure 2. It should read as Irgm1 instead of Igrm1 in 2a or IRGM in 2b.
