Corrigendum

The authors have identified two errors in this paper:

The Western Blot in Figure 1A incorrectly shows FlagmrsTLR2-IgGFc fusion protein and not FlagmrsTLR4-IgGFc(T4Fc) protein. The correct T4Fc fusion protein Western blot (stained as depicted with Anti-Flag antibody after immunoprecipitation with Protein G Sepharose) is shown here:

The figure legend in Figure 3B incorrectly states that the LPS Trap was immunoprecipitated with Protein G Sepharose. As correctly labeled in the figure the immunoprecipitation was done with Anti-Flag affinity gel.

The corrected figure legend for Figure 3B is:

1 ml of supernatants from S2 cells stably transfected with expression vector encoding the LPS-Trap were incubated with anti-Flag affinity gel.
