Digital replantation in adults: a French survey of postoperative practices

Abstract

This survey of 136 microsurgeons in France reveals substantial variation in postoperative protocols for digital replantation. Anaesthesia, pharmacological management, monitoring and rehabilitation practices diverge widely, highlighting the need for standardized national guidelines to optimize outcomes and ensure procedural consistency.
