These are words we are all very familiar with and perhaps already some of you may be thinking ‘oh no not again’. In the document One Year On (NHS England/Nursing Directorate 2013), comments from patients have been positive on the care they have received, but can we with hand on heart say it happens on a national scale at all times? This may be a reason for the continued requests for the inclusion of the six Cs as a topic for educational days.
