Abstract
As most of us are aware, Agenda for Change is the new terms and conditions package for all NHS staff. Although it is currently being trialled at designated early implementer (EI) sites in England and Scotland, the agreement has been accepted by the Health departments of all four home countries of the UK. It is to be introduced to all NHS staff in October 2004.
