Abstract

Monday 6 October in Harrogate during NATN Congress was a wonderfully sunny day, pleasantly warm for the time of year, with a clear blue sky. Despite the obvious attractions outside the Majestic Hotel many delegates took the time to come and listen to the talk which was to be delivered at the managers’ workshop.
