Abstract
Over the past few years, India has seen action on TRIPs plus mechanisms such as patent linkage and data exclusivity, both in Court rooms and policy-making forums. This Article chronicles both judicial and non-judicial developments pertaining to these two areas in India. This Article does not take a policy stance on either of these areas nor does it present hypothetical ‘what-if’ scenarios for if or when India does go ahead and implements these mechanisms.
