Abstract
Background
Peripheral interventions for Peripheral arterial occlusive disease involving the lower extremity vessels have been a challenge in patients who have undergone prior Endovascular Aneurysm repair.
Objective
To provide a solution to the above-mentioned challenge.
Research design
Practical use of existing articulating sheath and catheter and wires to achieve the objective.
Results
Successful accomplishment of objective.
Conclusion
Endovascular interventions for Peripheral arterial disease in patients with pre-existing Endovascular Aortic Repair utilizing mother-and-child sheath system have conferred success. This could be a useful technique in the armamentarium of the interventionist.
