We report a case of multiple intracranial aneurysms as delayed complication of atrial myxoma. We reviewed the literature of intracranial myxomal aneurysms, and trying to find reasonable therapy methods, but got the conclusion that neurosurgery and interventional treatment were not helpful, chemotherapy and radiotherapy maybe useful in the treatment of such cases.
