A reader contacted the Journal Editor with concerns of plagiarism. The reader noted that Figure 1 appeared to be highly similar to Figure 4 in (1).

Upon further investigation SAGE became aware that the article was accepted as a result of peer review manipulation.

The Journal Editor retracts this article due to the compromised peer-review process.
