Abstract
A new principal, Larry Montgomery, discovers that a decision he made the previous year may have cost a professor her job. He thinks back over the circumstances that led him to what he thought at the time was the best decision for him. He thought he had to agree with a teacher who wanted the university supervisor for her student teacher banned from her classroom after the supervisor had criticized the student teacher's lesson. The complaining teacher who felt the professor had insulted her had designed this lesson.
