Arteriovenous formation in the neck is commonly a result of trauma to the craniocervical region or from a medical intervention such as jugular venous catheterization. We report a case of a left vertebrojugular arteriovenous fistula formation caused by a traumatic blow to the neck that was diagnosed with color duplex ultrasound and subsequently treated with endovascular intervention achieving a good clinical outcome.
