Abstract
Hepatic artery aneurysms are very uncommon, with an estimated incidence of less than 0.25%. Most patients are asymptomatic and because of the tendency to rupture with potential catastrophic hemorrhage and liver ischemia, early diagnosis is important. Hepatic artery aneurysms are the second most common visceral aneurysms, representing 20% of visceral aneurysms.
