Deep femoral artery pseudoaneurysms are infrequent. The case of a patient who developed a pseudoaneurysm of the deep femoral artery after bacterial endocarditis is described. We discuss pathogenesis of mycotic pseudoaneurysms and briefly review literature on the subject.
