Abstract
When teaching subtle information such as aviation regulations, there are advantages to providing students with many vantage points to the same body of information. The System for Training of Aviation Regulations (STAR) incorporates multimedia-rich presentations and storytelling techniques within several different learning environments to provide multiple vantage points to the training on aviation regulations. In this paper a description of how these approaches have been incorporated in each of the learning environments, and a summary of an evaluation of the STAR program conducted in November 1995 is presented.
