A computer program for a two-dimensional (2-D) dynamic biomechanical model was developed to analyze a lifting/lowering activity kinematically and kinetically. The input and output variables are described in this paper. The program is written in DOS 2.0 BASIC for an IBM PC and is suitable for classroom teaching.
