Abstract
A set of interactive microcomputer-based exercises has been developed to introduce students to some basic concepts in engineering psychology as well as general issues in the field of behavioral science. Students interact with the program through a series of prompts and menus that allow them to receive on-line instructions, specify certain experimental parameters, participate as subjects in the computer-run experiment, and obtain graphical summaries and statistical analyses of their data. The programs are designed for students with little or no previous computer experience and run on a Apple II or 11+ computer with 64K and a disk drive.
