In the interactive session, a microcomputer version of the popular modeling language SAINT was demonstrated. This version, named Micro SAINT, offers an easy way of entering task networks and conducting computer simulations of human operators in systems. While more limited than the full version of SAINT, it is far more accessible and easier to use.
In this paper, a brief introduction of the concepts behind human operator modeling are provided. Also, the steps required to develop an operator model are briefly discussd.
