Abstract
The education of future human factors professionals is a critically important topic and a concern for the professional associations of human factors/ergonomics professionals. The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) has a long history of involvement in the career development of its members and the Education Technical Group has encouraged presentations and panels on ca-reer development topics at the Society’s annual meetings.
