Abstract
In these paper we present the criteria and methodology that lead us to the ergonomic design of an hospital refectory using graphical tools. The objective of this project was to optimise the interaction between the users and the self-service line and the food area and the re-organisation of the user's circuit. The proposals for the re-conception of the dining room and the self-service line were approved by the Hospital's Board of Directors and will be included in the work's execution.
