Abstract
RSI is one of the main causes of lost working days in the bank sector in Brazil. In view of that the Trade Unions (Employers and Employees) negotiated a RSI Prevention Program recommended to the bank institutions, that contains a guide for preventive actions. This report discuss an evaluation of the application of the Program by the bank institutions after a period of one year of its recommendation. The evaluation shows that some institutions have implemented parts of the program, but the number of RSI cases among bank employees requires a large amount of changes and preventive actions.
