Abstract
Comparing to those well established ergonomic associations like Human Factors/Ergonomics Society (USA) and Ergonomics Society (UK), the Ergonomics Society of Taiwan is a relatively young and small society. This article looks at its history, organization, and activities as well as its strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and suggests how to set its steps forward.
