Abstract
The products used in domestic atmosphere have been absorbing the technological progresses continually, resulting in larger complexity in terms of its characteristics and functionality.
Basing on the ergonomics' vision and usability measures on projects of products a method of usability evaluation was developed, which hopes to point the items that are hindering the interface and to understand the difficulties found by the user.
This bases on the hypothesis that the consideration of usability approaches in consumption products favors the relationship consumer versus final product. And that interface problems in devices of information, command and control of consumption products can be reduced by means of the application of a study that tries to detect the usability needs and to transform it in suggestions for improvements in the product.
