An Object-Oriented Programming Environment for Designing Human Computer Interfaces for Persons with Disabilities

Abstract

Designing Human Computer Interfaces (HCI) that accommodate persons with disabilities can be challenging. There are laws that mandate this type of accommodation. NeatTools¹is an object-oriented programming environment that allows the rapid prototyping and implementation of HCIs that accommodate persons with disabilities.
