In this paper problems of engineering data bases creation for design of woodworking machines are considered. The specially organised computer aided design system is created for this purpose. Different engineering data bases are designed for this task. This system can run on the AutoCAD system and works on an IBM PC computer. MS ACCESS is applied for data bases creation. System Anthropos 5 is applied for men modelling. Some design results are presented in the paper as well.
