Abstract
This study consisted of two (2) experiments. The objective of Experiment 1 was to observe changes in EEGs on learning a balanced sitting posture with/without “Relaxercise” while the objective of Experiment 2 was to study changes in EEGs periodically throughout an eye movement lesson. As a result of EEGs measurement and Emotion Spectrum Analysis of Experiment 1, four (4) out of ten (10) subjects showed the level of joy was the highest at instructed sitting after “Relaxercise.” The results of photo and video analysis in Experiment 2 showed that ten (10) out of thirteen (13) subjects improved sitting, standing, and walking postures after the lesson.
