Abstract
At the mention of purchasing behavior, the survey in 1996 shows that middle-aged and elderly people made significantly more mistakes than young people did. From the survey in 1997, we confirmed that middle-aged people made significantly more mistakes than young people did, and elderly people made significantly more mistakes than children and young people did. Comparing touch-sensor system to push-button system, operating touch-sensor system machines needed longer time and made more mistakes especially for elder age groups.
