The authors report the occurrence of severe hemobilia due to hepatic artery-biliary fistula after percutaneous transhepatic placement and dilatation of a Wallstent for obstruction of the biliary confluence due to metastatic colon cancer. The bleeding was controlled by hepatic artery embolization.
