Arterial Thrombosis Due to Idiopathic Superficial Femoral Arteriovenous Fistula: Case Report

Abstract

The authors report a case of idiopathic arteriovenous fistula between the superficial femoral artery and vein resulting in acute thrombosis of the popliteal artery. This complication of an arteriovenous fistula has not been described before.
