Chronic perigraft seromas (CPS) complicating bypass grafts have been re ported with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyethylene terephthalate (Dacron), the latter graft material being involved in two thirds of the reported cases. The first case of CPS formation following a femoropopliteal artery bypass with PTFE graft is reported.
