Two Chinese patients with spontaneous aneurysmal enteric fistulae are re ported, one with an aortoduodenal fistula, the other with an iliac-ileal fistula. The first patient presented with the classic symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and a pulsatile abdominal mass. The latter had more ill-defined gastro intestinal symptoms, mainly abdominal distension and diarrhea without mas sive bleeding. Both patients were successfully treated by surgery.
