Surgical treatment of bilateral subclavian artery aneurysms can present a challenge to the surgeon. A simple method of aneurym exclusion and revas cularization of the upper extremities and posterior cerebral circulation is presented. This approach greatly simplifies the surgical management of this complex lesion.
