Four cases of postoperative aneu rysms of the right ventricular outflow tract developed from among 55 cases of Fallot's tetralogy operated on during a 3-year period. The different etiology of each aneurysm is discussed and the cor rective treatment described. Three are doing well up to 7 years after reopera tion, and 1 died during the early post operative period as a result of massive uncontrolled hemorrhage.
