A case of urinary tract carcinoma metastatic to the endocardial surface of the left ventricle resulted in an aortic saddle embolus in a 51-year-old man with congenital hypogammaglobu linemia. Aortic saddle embolism is a rare complication of tumor metastatic to the heart.
