Embolization of multiple arteriove nous malformations was performed to alleviate high-output cardiac failure. The malformations were diagnosed as systemic angiomatosis, also known as Ullmann's syndrome. The resulting reduced cardiac output and improved emotional outlook lasted 2 years.
